Alaia Baldwin Aronow, Hailey Bieber’s older sister, faces a maximum sentence of one year in prison following a battery charge.
In February 2024, Aronow, 33, was taken into custody after an incident at Club Elan in Georgia. According to the police report that Page Six was able to obtain, she allegedly attacked two bouncers and threw a tampon at a bartender before being ejected from the establishment.
According to documents obtained by Us Weekly, Georgia prosecutors filed four misdemeanor criminal charges against the model on Monday: simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespass.

According to the outlet, prosecutors said that the eldest daughter of Stephen and Kennya Baldwin struck a victim in the genitalia, pulled hair from another victim’s scalp, and threw a tampon on a woman.
Aronow could spend up to a year behind bars for the battery charge if she is found guilty.
April 23 is the date of her arraignment.
Page Six’s request for comment was not immediately answered by an Aronow representative.

According to the police complaint, security footage saw Aronow “forcing her way” into a locked staff restroom on February 24, 2024, as Page Six previously revealed. Authorities were informed by bartender Haleigh Cauley that Aronow told her she needed to change her tampon and asked for a few minutes, which she was given.
According to the report, “the female took off her tampon and threw it at Ms. Cauley when she returned to the restroom a few minutes later.” “Security intervened at this point and took the woman out of the club.”
According to the police report, the video then showed Cauley “jumping back out” of the restroom before Aronow was led out of Club Elan by a bouncer, whom she resisted and fought “the entire way outside.”

The report went on to say, “[Aronow] is clearly seen on camera grabbing and pulling [the bouncer’s] hair and striking [a second bouncer] in the genitalia.”
At first, Aronow said she had been “forcefully removed from the club” and denied pushing her way into the restroom.
According to the report, “she also initially denied throwing her used tampon at Ms. Cauley but later stated she did throw it.”
At the time, Aronow told authorities she was “defending herself” in relation to the alleged attack on the bouncers.
