EJAE, Rei Ami, and Audrey Nuna, the stars of KPop Demon Hunters, may be most known for their iconic cartoon characters, but on the Golden Globes 2026 red carpet, they’re showing off their fashion talents.
Thom Browne and Valdrin Sahiti designed the black-and-white ensembles for the three vocalists, who have become global stars as the singing voices for the cartoon trio HUNTR/X. They placed their own unique style flourishes on the monochrome color palette.
Nuna, who plays the melancholy dancer Mira, went all out for bows, sporting a slicked-back braided bow haircut and a structured black cloak jacket with large white bows at the ankles and neck. She also included some darker, more romantic touches, such as a black leather minidress under the jacket, a netted face veil, matte black lipstick, and massive silver jewelry.
EJAE, who voices HUNTR/X’s leader and main singer Rumi, wore a strapless black gown with lace detailing and a bubble hem, accessorizing with silver jewelry and a slicked updo.
Meanwhile, Rei Ami went from bubble silhouettes to a corseted black lace dress with beaded details and a sweetheart neckline. The actress, who plays the effervescent songwriter Zoey, accessorized with black artificial nails and a diamond necklace.
The trio has previously represented HUNTR/X in coordinated attire. The three wore matching black gowns to the Critics’ Choice Awards last week, confessing to NBC that they coordinate their outfits together.
“We have a group chat where we coordinate,” Ami explained.
This year, KPop Demon Hunters won three Golden Globe nominations, including Best Animated Motion Picture, Cinematic and Box Office Achievement, and Best Original Song – Motion Picture for “Golden,” which was performed by HUNTR/X and co-written by Ejae. They won Best Original Song, and EJAE delivered a poignant speech on overcoming rejection after dreaming of being a K-pop idol.
“I just wanna say that this award goes to people who have had doors closed [on] them,” she stated, teary-eyed. “And that I can confidently say rejection is redirection and so never give up and it’s never too late to shine like you were born to be.”
