9 Animal Friendly Makeup Products for You to Enjoy

Using makeup that is safe for animals is part of being ethical with our furry friends. A lot of smaller brands disguise the names of bigger brands, and those bigger brands are the ones that test on animals. PETA and other groups like it are fantastic places to find out about makeup that is safe for animals. Here are nine to help you get started!

Foundation with a natural finish from Cover FX

You have to pay a little extra if you want your foundation to be kind to animals. PETA says Cover FX is okay. It comes in a lot of different colours, which making it one of the most flexible animal-friendly makeup items. Because it is water-based, it works well for oily skin. One of my biggest personal challenges is to stay away from foundations that are too oily.

Lip Shimmer from Burt’s Bees

I really like Burt’s Bees Lip Shimmer! It comes in a few shades and has a peppermint tingling. Champagne is my favourite drink. When the weather gets cold, this lip shimmer is just what you need. Central heating makes my lips chapped like crazy, so it’s great to have something to calm them.

Cheeky Cosmetics Smoky Eye Set

Cheeky Cosmetics Smoky Eye Kit: How fantastic is it that you can have smoky eyes without testing on animals? Cheeky Cosmetics manufactures goods that are good for animals, but their handmade smokey eye kit is a terrific gift. One of the best things about it is that it is constructed of light minerals. This means they won’t get too stuck in the folds of your eyelids. The smoky eye kit has four different colours that blend wonderfully together to give you the look you want.

Microfoliant from Dermalogica

When I find out what Dermalogica’s products are made of, I’m always a little shocked. Rice is the main ingredient in this “Microfoliant.” It doesn’t have any fake colours or scents, thus it’s good for your skin. You simply need to use a tiny bit of this scrub. So even though it costs a bit more, it will endure for a while. This is also, it seems, a terrific way to take off makeup!

“Making yourself look better doesn’t always imply aiming for the shiny look. More women now see the appeal of a finish that doesn’t shine. You may also get a perfect, soft glow with the correct tools and methods. These amazing matte makeup tutorials will teach you how to master this trend. “Improve your skin tone without the extra flash.”

Kohl Eyeliner from GOSH

One of the best things about GOSH cosmetics is that they are not very pricey. Their eyeliner line has some very amazing colours. I had espresso once, and it wasn’t for me. That doesn’t mean it wouldn’t work for someone else, though! If you want makeup that is good for animals, look at the whole GOSH line.

Gradual Tan from Barry M Deep Glow

One of my favourite makeup brands is Barry M. It’s rare to find one that makes such cool nail paints and lipsticks without testing on animals. Their bronzing mousse works better than I thought it would! It’s clear that how you apply it has a lot to do with how well it works, but I’ve always thought it was an easy choice. It doesn’t smell horrible either!

Panic Attack Dust from Coffins

I really like Manic Panic. Even though my makeup isn’t nearly as bright as the makeup they sell, I’m still interested in the range. A lot of what they sell is glam rock, punk, or goth. Coffin Dust is one of my favourites because it comes in a few shades and is a terrific mineral eyeshadow. Some of the colours are quite cool, but they aren’t the brightest in the world. Also, look at the Manic Panic line of vibrant hair colours.

Polish Makeup Eyeshadow with Demi Shine

Polish Cosmetics’ demi shine line is for you if you want your eyeshadow to shine instead of just shimmer. “Gatsby’s Green” is one of their best colours. I love everything that has to do with Gatsby. In general, the Polish Cosmetics line is a bit limited. But it is completely vegan and always getting bigger.

Lipstick from Earth’s Beauty

The colours in Earth’s Beauty’s lipstick line are a bit plain. But do you really need anything more than the standard reds, pinks, and caramels? These lipsticks are simple, but they also do a great job of moisturising. They are good for the environment and for animals! So, by investing in one, you are doing two good things at once.
