Now that we know this beautiful sunny weather isn’t a fluke, I can’t help but want to spend my free time—when I’m not chasing the sun—looking through Pinterest boards and Instagram accounts for warm-weather looks to wear this season.
I already have most of the things I need for a summer full of great ensembles, but I’ve noticed a big hole in my closet that I aim to fill as soon as I can. The pictures that have been all over my Instagram feed in the past few weeks have made me want to attempt the handkerchief top trend for myself.
This strapless top style strikes a balance between casual and classy. It has a carefree “90s vibe” that I want to carry with me all season. The lovely top trend is great for swiftly covering up on the beach. When you choose a luxury silky style and wear it with a flowing maxi skirt or draped silk slacks, it appears impossibly chic.
You might have thought that the trend was hard to wear because it had no straps and a cropped shape, but it’s actually very easy to put together ensembles with it.
