The Critics’ Choice Awards 2026 red carpet has begun, officially signaling the start of awards season. The event, which takes place in the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, is an annual celebration of the greatest in film and television, as determined by the Critics’ Choice Association.
This year, young performers received nominations in all categories (including one expressly for them). While the Critics’ Choice Awards are not as well-known as the Oscars or the Golden Globes, they are nevertheless a significant event, particularly for new talent seeking recognition from the industry’s most renowned figures. Of course, to commemorate the event, they used fashion to reveal who Hollywood truly is. It’s difficult to choose a favorite, between Emilia Jones’ edgy all-black strapless two-piece and Owen Cooper’s brown leather moto jacket.
