Kpop Demon Hunters stars Ejae, Rei Ami, and Audrey Nuna know how to use dress to convey a story, and the Grammys 2026 were no exception. While the ensemble, which provides the singing vocals for the cartoon duo HUNTR/X, usually works together for awards ceremonies like the Golden Globes, this evening gave each of them the opportunity to make their individual statement.
Nuna’s appearance, in particular, had a deep connection to her family and the significant contributions of immigrants to the fashion business. “I’m wearing Thom Browne couture tonight,” she told E! during an on-the-red carpet interview. “It’s a very meaningful look for me because I’m obviously a proud daughter of immigrants, and our story of survival is around clothing manufacturing, and Thom Browne was the first brand that my grandfather fulfilled orders for.”
This was not the first time she mentioned her grandfather. She also wore Thom Browne to the Golden Globes in January. “When my grandfather emigrated to the United States, he had to start his entire life over. “He worked tirelessly for many years to build his clothing manufacturing business,” she posted on social media.
Nuna’s outfit is a profound message about how immigrants are at the heart of the fashion business, especially at a time when immigrant workers in the United States, including those in clothes manufacturing, are facing intensified immigration enforcement by ICE.

Her fellow HUNTR/X members aimed to emphasise significance through clothes. “I’m not sure if I’m feeling out of body right now,” Ejae stated during her E! interview. She wore Jonathan Anderson’s bespoke Dior. Ami also wore a unique ensemble from Korean brand Guvanch, which included Korea’s national flower.
After already winning tonight, Kpop Demon Hunters’ Ejae, Rei Ami, and Audrey Nuna made Grammy history with “Golden,” the first K-pop song to win.
