At Glamourious, we take great care to ensure that every piece of jewellery is inspected and packed with care before dispatch. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Glamourious follows a strict no-return and no-refund policy on all products, except in cases where an item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

All products are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect condition. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly after receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and determine whether the item qualifies for an exchange or other appropriate resolution.

Please note that returns or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Eligible Glamourious merchandise purchased online or from a Glamourious branch may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase.

All exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition, with its original packaging.
• The item will be inspected by a Glamourious representative. The decision regarding the condition of the item will be final.
• All original tags must remain attached and intact.
• The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented and surrendered at the time of exchange.
• Exchanges must be made for an item of equal value in a single transaction.
• If the replacement item is of lesser value, no refund or credit note will be issued for the difference.
• Each purchase may be exchanged only once.
• Sale, discounted, promotional, or special-offer items are not eligible for exchange.

Important Note

Glamourious reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the conditions stated above. We recommend carefully checking your jewellery upon delivery and contacting us as soon as possible if you believe there is a manufacturing defect.
